Can I have a Click-to-Call feature on my website?

This feature is dependent on the phone that is being used to visit your website.  When a user visits a web page on their mobile device, it should detect any phone numbers and automatically convert it into a link so that the user can Click-to-Call.  Most modern phones made within the last few years should have this enabled.
